I think this would be a great Idea!  I personally think we could fit cars into the facuilty with a little bit of strategy and work, I think if you put mulch in the retintion pong beside the tabletop going into the pit (where you want to build the rc car track) you could have people park there on non rainy weekends!! I also know a track in Georgia went out of buisness and is selling EVERYTHING including gate!!  Just my thoughts

Glad to hear track was in good shape!! I missed out on riding this weekend, the wife and I went to Birmingham. Good luck with the race thing Santa Rosa, I will most defiantly be racing when you have a race!! Cant wait!! Hopefully you will have a class for ultra slow 250F riders!!!! hahaha

Good question Mr.Jackson I have no clue really how to answer that.... I would like to have a tower built so we can have eyes all over the track from one spot along with flaggers. I guess we could get away with no starting gate and go old school and rubber band it lol. It wont be a series race with local tracks as I am not ready for that kind of turnout yet still very primitive at my track unfortunantly. Also would like to get the track where I want it. I am not a big fan of a few sections of the track that I will be able to change with a little bit of no rain. Also need to pick a weekend that the other local tracks arent racing so I don't interfere with them and there turnouts!! Other than all that I can't wait to have a race I think it will be fun. I think we will have to start out small as a test run and see how it goes and I think the only way for me to do that is to limit the amount of classes I will have and some will be happy and some wont. But what I will do is probably pick some of the classes that have been having good turnouts at other races and then go from there. Let me know what you think so I can be thinking about it and I do take all suggestions into consideration but the number one rule is going to be safety over volume. Glad you guys came out Sunday and I love watching Richard Colby and Justin ride it is good times!! G/L at County Line this next weekend be safe!!
